As a therapist, I view counseling as a collaborative journey in healing and growth. I strive to provide a comfortable, confidential, and non-judgmental space where clients can engage in an interactive process. I have extensive experience working with anxiety and mood disorders, self-esteem, relationship concerns, family conflict, emotion regulation, self harm, grief and loss, and trauma. Additionally, I'm passionate about working with women and couples who are in the process of trying to conceive, pregnant, or in the postpartum stage of life.
In my practice I offer individual and couples counseling. I also regularly facilitate pregnancy and postpartum support groups. Additionally, I am certified to provide telemental health services to clients who could benefit from a more flexible approach to therapy.
