Life is full of both joyful experiences as well as difficult and painful ones. Caitlin believes everyone can benefit from therapy, whether they seek personal growth or are in need of support through a trying time or transition. She employs a safe, non-judgmental space where she collaborates with clients to identify areas of focus and then provides treatment tailored specifically to them.

Caitlin treats both individuals and families who are struggling with a wide range of issues including life transitions, anxiety, depression, physical and emotional trauma, parenting difficulties and relational struggles. Her personal style of therapy utilizes both psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches in order to foster insight into unhelpful patterns.

My office is located downtown close to both the Grand red line el stop as well as the Clark/Lake el stop. I currently have availability on Saturday mornings until early afternoon.
