Therapy is one of the most important mechanisms to live a healthy and prosperous life. Therapy offers room for a person to express themself in a judgement free environment. This environment invites healthy coping skills to navigate everyday issues. Between juggling my primary career as a school social worker, and raising three girls, I've learned that everyone's worries, anxieties, and fears are valid. These elements make everyone's needs different. Therapy is an avenue through dark times to sun light.
The practice has a holistic approach. With this approach, clients can better understand the emotional, physical and environmental aspects that affect their lives. I cultivate a series of cognitive, behavioral techniques and mindfulness strategies along with stress management practices.
