I have spent many years dedicated to helping people feel more empowered to overcome unhealthy thinking patterns and behaviors, heal from painful experiences, develop more meaningful and satisfying relationships, and identify and enhance their strengths. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families with various psychologically distressing problems and issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, social phobia, educational and career challenges, grief, and marital and family conflict.
