A Home In Each Other - Marriage Foundations
Being able to securely rest in the love and good will of our spouse is usually a strong component of our dream for marriage. When that goes awry it shakes our foundation and brings deep disappointment that often gets acted out in anger and bitterness. This course is 8 weeks on Tuesday evenings to help us recenter in our marriage and support the growth of a new strength together. This group develops mindfulness practice and concepts to decrease the struggle with anxiety. The group uses the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Workbook for Anxiety. Groups run 6-8 weeks. Next group begins in November 2022
