My approach is primarily psychodynamic. I focus on helping my patients cope with difficulties and build insight into themselves and their relationships. I also integrate other approaches (e.g. CBT, mindfulness) as needed to best suit my patients' needs. In this way, I strive to help individuals heal from suffering and improve their life in meaningful ways.
Throughout my time working with patients I focus on aiding their self-disclosure and self-reflection with the most ease and at their own pace. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and I prioritize feedback from patients to understand how I can best help them.
