Adult ADHD and Executive Functioning
This group is a closed group for adults with either a diagnosis of ADHD or life interrupting symptoms of ADHD. Assessment is part of the initial process with recommendations for treatment based on findings from assessment process. Group focuses on: Time Management: How to deal with time blindness, prioritization, and lack of motivation. Getting Organized: How to set up, implement and maintain an organizational system. Project Planning: How to plan and implement projects. It's a 12 week group developed by Mary Solanto, PhD that involves weekly skills to practice with built in accountability without shame.
