As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I help you listen to your body with self compassion & patience. You are not broken, you are just disconnected. I help you reconnect with your own "body wisdom" in a very gentle way. You had the tools inside you all along, you just didn't know it.
For 8 years, I have worked with substance abuse & sexual trauma in the incarcerated world. Being non judgmental and offering acceptance have been my fundamental principles for healing. I also give discount to people recovering from incarceration.
