I completed my doctoral training in the UCSF Dept. of Psychiatry working primarily with trauma survivors. Within that setting our standards of care were very high & I maintain that standard in my practice. My patients felt confused, irritated, exhausted & hopeless, worrying that their lives would never improve. I imagine that you do as well.
