This allows for the opportunity to assist in developing new experiences that are meaningful to you. I engage in therapy with adults, couples, and adolescents. Being born and raised on Oahu and clinically trained locally and on the mainland, I have experience and value working with clients from diverse backgrounds. Sessions are individually tailored to your needs using evidence-based relational, emotionally-focused, psychodynamic, mindfulness, acceptance-based, cognitive-behavioral, and integrative approaches.
