I like to focus on getting your life back on track. To do so I specialize in depression, anxiety and anxiety related disorders, personality disorders, mood dysregulation, anger management, family conflict, divorce, behavioral difficulties, school performance issues and social skills, including peer conflict, and bullying.
We will work together as a team to build a customized plan to get you or your family member back on track. I believe in a cooperative therapeutic environment that is safe, warm, and welcoming for my clients. Together we will reach your goals and find a path to success.

Groups
Adult DBT Skills Group
Come learn your DBT skills with an intensively trained leader who is willing to coach as well! Leave feeling confident in your distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness skills. Classes are held for ages 18+ on Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm via Zoom. Class cost is $50 and an intake is necessary to join the group. Please call for more details.
