We will work at your pace using a variety of methods depending on your needs.
I work within a relational approach that includes all aspects of your life: thoughts, emotions, social life, and philosophical or spiritual dimensions. I have experience working with persons living with depression, anxiety, grief, traumatic experiences, relationship dilemmas, substance use problems, family concerns, and life transition issues.
I am a Level 1-trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist. I find IFS to be a powerful therapy model in developing internal understanding and tools to address life challenges. I am trained in EMDR and may invite you to consider it to address traumatic and distressing experiences. I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
