Healing The Energetic Body
This workshop is for those who are at any point in their recovery and are noticing the same parts of themselves keep getting triggered or they can't move past parts of their story. Or for someone who is trying to expand their life and go after big goals, but there seems to be something holding them back. The workshop will help to locate where core beliefs are stored in the body and begin to heal the trauma at the energetic level thereby helping clients to step out of fear, lack, scarcity, anxiety, and into abundance, trust, safety, and security.

Men's Experiential Emotional Intelligence Group
Goals: Understand and process how one's past is currently showing up in relationships. Learn how to re-regulate one's nervous system in order to experience more connection, joy, and safety in relationships. Participants will learn self-regulation tools--these can be used to help participants feel grounded and supported, explore how one's backstory continues to show up in current relationships, learn how trauma stored in the body manifests in physical health symptoms, connect their physical/body sensations to the origins in their own story, and create safe connection with other participants in the group.
