Life can be complicated. We all need someone in the trenches with us who can truly understand and assist. I have over 20 years of experience helping adults, young to mature, navigate through a variety of problems - relationship difficulties, anxiety and stress, depression, and spiritual struggles to name a few. I believe in collaborative therapy, where we put our heads together to assess the issues and set goals. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy can help resolve the symptoms that affect daily life. When desired, Insight Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy can get to the root of the problem.
My training as a Marriage & Family therapist helps me to assess on three levels - individual, inter-generational, and interpersonal. I strongly believe that clients deserve a respectful, warm environment that fosters the trust and openness necessary for self-exploration that leads to positive change.
