Or, you can't shake that feeling you've somehow missed important life milestones, and you need a little clarity. I offer warm, empathic engagement in a safe space, where we can assess your needs, comfort level and tolerance to create a plan unique to you.
I am a Korean-American mindfulness practitioner who specializes in issues of identity, stress, anxiety, perfectionism, communication, and self-esteem. I love helping folks build a sense of belonging. I have a special interest using stories and characters from media- comics (manhwa, manga, graphic novel), anime & K-drama as therapeutic tools for exploration.
