I offer therapy for adults, families, and healthcare professionals, especially those struggling with anxiety, grief or a medical diagnosis. My style is empathic, friendly, while also direct and results driven. I believe that knowledge is power, therefore many of my sessions incorporate and education component to help facilitate understanding and progress.
