I believe that we are all intrinsically motivated to move towards health--physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Whether I am working with children, teens, or adults, I partner with my clients to better understand them as cultural beings and how their uniqueness is impacted by their experiences in the world. I offer a warm, nurturing, and accepting style and show deep interest in an authentic therapeutic relationship. My goal is to support my clients towards insight and overall balance.

I specialize in childhood behavioral/developmental problems and offer supportive parenting consultation in conjunction with therapeutic support for the child. My areas of expertise include trauma, anxiety, depression, child-parent relationship problems, and behavioral problems.

Taking your unique culture and parenting style into account, I use attachment theory through a developmental lens and pull from a variety of techniques and tools to support you and your child in strengthening your relationship and supporting you towards your therapeutic goals.
