The heart of my practice is to empower clients as they journey toward wholeness and health. I provide a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for individuals to process and explore concerns that brought them to therapy. My approach to therapy includes exploration and awareness of how the past can influence current and future behaviors; helping clients discover and remove roadblocks to a life of purpose and meaning; challenging clients to believe in themselves once again.
I enjoy working with young adults, adults, and couples of varied ethnicity and beliefs. My experience includes working with depression, anxiety and PTSD, grief and loss, childhood trauma, marriage and parenting issues, infidelity, interpersonal conflict, spiritual abuse, divorce, ineffective communication, and life transitions.
The therapeutic process can be difficult. My personal therapy experience has resulted in a greater sense of empowerment and new-found freedom. My deep hope is the same for my clients.
