I help high-achieving, young professional women of color who struggle with anxiety find clarity and reclaim their self-worth. My approach is culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, person-centered, warm, and compassionate. I use interventions that are appropriate to your situation. I'm trauma certified and a Brainspotting Practitioner.
