As a therapist, I offer a combination of individual and group psychotherapy primarily on zoom. My psychotherapy approach is dynamic and goal-oriented. My personal style is thoughtful and positive.
In addition to twenty-five years as a practitioner, I have extensive experience in team building, conflict resolution and youth development. From a systems perspective, I can help you understand and navigate peer pressure, submissiveness, power struggles and confront structural inequities.
