I provide existential analysis and dream analysis to help people find their authenticity in life. When we feel lost it can help to slow down, turn inward, and go to a place where we can find our path again. I believe that there exists a very specific grounding and healing power within the therapy relationship. Finding a therapist who is a good fit to you is essential to finding what makes you unique and whole in your life. During the first few sessions, I help you hone in on your goals, interests, and pursuits that you wish to accomplish in your work with me. I help you find the map and the road to move forward.

I offer several approaches to healing: from traditional talk therapy to the "depth" tradition of analysis. We may work on some specific skill development or we may work on gaining a deeper and clearer understanding of what motivates, inspires, and moves you in your everyday life (and what may be getting in the way). We decide together how to go forward.

My job is to facilitate the process that helps guide you toward living a more purposeful, fulfilling, and authentic life. We all face moments of feeling disconnected, frustrated, or afraid. I help you learn how to listen to your own inner wisdom, strengthen your connections to your values, and face the obstacles that prevent you from growing.
