I’m EMDRIA-certified in EMDR, and specially trained by Postpartum Support International in Maternal Mental Health. And I have extensive experience with Motherless Daughters and Survivors of Suicide.
I begin by listening to you. We will develop a therapeutic relationship based on acceptance, compassion and empathy. We will use various tools such as mindfulness, EMDR, processing, and education to put you on a solid path toward healing.
