I have extensive training in couples therapy, sex therapy, addiction recovery, and somatic work. I draw from a number of therapeutic approaches including attachment theory and mindfulness, and my hope is that clients find therapy to be a welcoming and non-judgmental environment where there is safety to explore one's vulnerability.
