I have been a clinical social worker for over a decade & specialize in working individuals who have been diagnosed with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder & their family members. In addition, I work with individuals struggling with chronic suicidality & those working to cope with major life changes including recent mental health diagnoses, loss of autonomy due to aging, physical ailments, & caregiver fatigue.

I employ a humanistic and strengths-based approach. I utilize an eclectic modality which includes aspects from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solutions focused therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR. I am also CBTp certified and trained in ketamine-assisted therapy.

I try to meet the client where they are at, both figuratively and literally. I offer therapy in a traditional setting as well as walk and talk, in-home, and community-based therapy.
