With over 35 years in practice, I bring a wealth of experience and understanding to issues of concern to you. Together we can work through the problems that keep you feeling worried and stuck.
I can help you identify patterns in your relationships, in your thinking and in your actions. These patterns may be out of your awareness, and your responses may seem automatic. However, much can be learned with careful attention to behavior and meaning in both present-day situations and early experiences.
I make use of the therapy relationship itself to help you understand how you may be relating to others. It's difficult to make the changes you want, and to make these changes stick. But I believe each of us has, within ourselves, the ability to heal and resolve even long-standing problems.
