My goal is to help you identify and overcome obstacles in your life that may be blocking your path to healing and happiness.
Adults and Couples: I am experienced in working with adults who face many life challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma grief, relationship issues, etc. I am also experienced in working with individuals on the Autism spectrum. My practice is inclusive to the LGBTQ+ community. For couples, I practice research based techniques and Gottman principles.
Adolescents and Children: I use Cognitive Behavioral and interactive techniques for helping with their mental health. I work with individuals who face academic, family, personal, and social challenges. I have experience with young people who have anxiety, depression, past trauma, grief, ADHD, autism, behavioral issues, and exploration of identity.
