I love working with couples because so much change is possible. I will work with you to identify and work through the painful and stuck places in your relationship, and will support you in creating a different experience of one another that honors each partner. You will find my style direct, yet compassionate; challenging, yet supportive. The change I aim for is not a superficial one, but one that transforms the relationship. My mission is to help couples create more vitality in their relationship and live with a greater sense of ease, freedom and harmony together. RLT (Relational Life Couple Therapy) & Sex Therapy Trained.
I also specialize in working with individual clients wishing to explore barriers to deeper connection with others, including working through attachment concerns, and finding greater confidence and enjoyment in romantic, friend, work and family relationships.
My other passion is leading interpersonal process group therapy for both individuals and couples. Group is a powerful way to learn about ourselves & our relationships with others. I offer adjunctive individual therapy to enhance and compliment group work. Please inquire if you are interested in this combination of modalities or are interested in group alone.
