Are you having difficulty with relationships (family, intimate or friends)? I work with a variety of clients on developing a stable relationship with oneself in order to develop meaningful relationships with others. I am a licensed therapist and certified social worker working with individuals and couples. My primary focus is on working with you to develop a secure sense of self using a strengths based approach and emotionally focused therapy to better encourage meaningful relations with others. My speciality areas are with anxiety, substance use and adolescents.
There is always a need to focus on ways to bring happiness into our lives. In order to decrease anxiety, depression and other mood challenges and target those unhelpful patterns, I utilize a behavioral approach. With the support of science driven ways to help create new neural pathways, I can help you welcome more joy and abundance.

By examining painful and challenging parts of your life, my goal is to guide you through those difficult areas and help repair them.
