My therapeutic approach draws on several counseling theories, as I tailor my approach to each client's needs. The modalities I use most often include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existentialism, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Underlying any approach is my belief in the client's ability to grow and change.
