Living life means dealing with challenging times. The good thing is that you don't have to face these challenging times alone. Everyone can use a supportive ear from time to time. Together we can cultivate a better tomorrow utilizing skills and techniques learned through therapy. Managing emotions is a skill just like learning to read or knowing how to do math. You just have to start by taking the first step. Sometimes the smallest steps in the right direction end up being the biggest steps of your life.

My specialties include working with tweens, teens, premarital and marital couples. I have 14 years experience working in the school system. I also provide Weight Loss Wellness support for patients who are thinking about, undergoing, or who have undergone bariatric surgery. Another gem in my practice is "Lady Lettie" my three year old therapy dog.
