I have over a decade of experience working as an art therapist with additional training in family systems, trauma therapy, and somatic experiencing. This means I can pull from a range of methods to fit your needs. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and focuses on strengths. I am not a silent witness, but rather actively engaged along side your process.
