Together, we will make a space to be able to give life to the words that are difficult to say out loud and help you grow in ways that feel useful to you. This can be a painful process and most often is worth it.

I specialize working with loss or those feeling lost, with sometimes both being present together. If there are difficult emotions or experiences you are coping with, you and I will work on trying to understand them from a place of curiosity, kindness, and compassion, while noticing what is getting in the way or what is helpful to you.

My work is rooted in existential and buddhist concepts and I have experience leading groups focused on coping with grief, self-compassion, and integrating mindfulness-based approaches into daily life. I hope to hear from you soon.
