Life is down right difficult, plain and simple. One of the most courageous things you can do is take responsibility for your life, and face the pain that comes with it. My ideal client is someone that is feeling lost and overwhelmed with life. Someone who is ready, but unsure how to face these difficulties. This can include relationship difficulties, family conflict, grief and loss, trauma, depression, anxiety etc. True healing occurs when you allow yourself to experience and express your emotions. I have been working with individuals, couples, and families for 11 years. I help families and couples address communication issues, conflict, and other dynamics that hinder growth. I help individuals that struggle with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, loss, abusive relationships etc. I work with kids, teens, and adults, and use Existentialism, CBT, DBT.
I believe in having a balance of warmth and a willingness to challenge you. My overall goal is to help you live an authentic life. I help you take a look at the choices you're making and how they might be keeping you stuck. I help you find a sense of meaning and purpose in life.
