Each of us have unique stories which include brokenness, anger, and anguish. These stories can cause so many to feel isolated, unheard, and utterly broken. During the counseling process, my goal is to help you find hope, while creating life long change. I want you to feel safe, heard, and begin healing. The story is never about finding the perfect ending, instead it's about creating a new story with resilience, passion, and hope. It is my passion to walk along side my clients to bring healing by focusing on your needs, as the client. My goal is to only be a guide in your process of healing by using a holistic approach.

Treatment modalities that are often used are cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, and person centered, I am also working on being EMDR trained. I have experience working with children, adolescents, as well as adults. Your treatment is client driven, where you will be in control of your individual treatment process.

I understand the difficulty with sharing your story with someone. It places you in a vulnerable state, where you feel you may be judged. I became a counselor because in my story I found healing from brokenness through counseling. I want to share the same experience, I want to provide hope.
