It gives me joy to come alongside you as a partner in your journey towards being your best self. If you have felt like grief, trauma and anxiety have been holding you back from all you aspire to be, we can work together towards a life that is intentional. I love working with people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and grief to clear out concerns that have impacted their mental health.
I am licensed in TN and NC, and have experience working with PTSD, developmental trauma, anxiety, and sexual concerns. I specialize in skill-building for folks with neurodiversity. My practice is open to people from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds. In our sessions we will utilize play, hypnosis, stories, mindfulness practices and body awareness.
My approach uses a combination of Somatic Experiencing and Rapid Resolution Therapy with a focus on attachment which focuses on reconsolidation of traumatic memories and creating nervous system regulation. If you are ready to embark on a transformative journey towards healing and self-discovery, I invite you to reach out and schedule a session!

I work with clients who have experienced trauma, those who are currently experiencing anxiety and folks with ADHD/ASD. In our initial session we will do somatic work and set the intention for therapy. Most of my clients already begin to feel better after the first session. After a few sessions many feel more grounded and at peace.

I use a combination of Rapid Resolution therapy and somatic approaches in therapy. The focus of sessions are a combination of memory reconsolidation and somatic work to release trauma. If we are working with anxiety you will learn how to lean into the discomfort and reduce symptoms drastically.
