Walking side-by-side in a natural setting can facilitate a more relaxed conversation, promote physical movement, and often leads to new perspectives and insights.
I utilize an approach that blends experience, education and professional training with insight and compassion. I understand the pain of addiction and the work it takes to recover your life.
