What do most people want? We want peace in the valley! In our relationships, in ourselves. As we move through life, we undoubtedly will experience resistance from others, or have circumstances that catch us off guard and shake our confidence. We know there is a better way, but we just can’t seem to find it. In my sessions with you, we will identify and focus on ways to navigate these challenges to restore what has gone missing in your life.
My role is to help you when you are too close to a situation, too emotional, or too upset to think clearly. Sometimes we get “thunk by our thoughts” and lose our freedom to be.. we react impulsively or angrily and experience a loss of power and relatedness with others. But your willingness to self examine is half the battle.
Counseling is a way to reveal a more authentic you-a courageous first step! Being honest in a confidential setting is a smart way to check out how you’re thinking and behaving to create a better version of yourself.
