I'm a psychologist with +20 years experience in the mental health field. My primary goal as a therapist is to help you explore and address the concerns that bring you to therapy. I take time to listen and get to know you to understand what you'd like to improve in your life. I individualize my approach by integrating techniques to best help you grow and find balance and happiness. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment. I am more directive and solution-focused when that approach might be more effective for you.

My areas of expertise include LGBTQ+ issues, grief, stress/anxiety, and mood disorders. I also specialize in helping people process their relationships with parents, family, peers and/or partners. I have many years of experience in community mental health and university counseling centers.
