Mental illness or life stressors can distract us from living healthy and productive lives. It can also negatively impact relationships that are important to us. It helps to have a safe place to process your feelings, work on relationships, and better understand patterns of behavior when feeling overwhelmed or stuck. My goal in psychotherapy is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

Together through exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences we can work through obstacles and develop new coping skills that allow you to move forward in a healthy, happy manner.
