I enjoy working with clients who are ready to make changes and need a space to get real about what's going on in their lives and express how they are truly feeling. I help clients work through childhood trauma, sex and other relational issues, big life transitions, grief, anxiety, and depression. I will set goals with you early in our work together to identify what you want to get out of therapy.
My biggest intent is for you to feel deeply heard, and to create a safe space to openly explore your inner world without judgment. I provide honest, gentle feedback to help you gain insight. I am trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and incorporate somatic, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions.
