As a trauma informed counselor, I lead from a place of authenticity, vulnerability and empathy. My life experiences have provided me with the ability to develop rapport with people from all walks of life. My ideal clients are male teenagers, or male adults trying to make meaning and find their purpose in life. This process requires you to address your needs of self esteem, identity and intimacy. In our time together we will explore these needs and you will feel empowered to improve your mental, physical, social and spiritual well being.
Therapy is a journey, so I do not have a magic pill to fix people. I encourage my clients to become more introspective. I am the canvas and you are the artist! My clients paint freely and discover the barriers that are preventing them from living the best quality of life possible. This journey can be painful, but rewarding when the picture is clear!
Life can be extremely painful especially when you feel isolated, stressed out and dealing with hurt from your past. Men have been taught to internalize our problems, but internalizing problems only causes more pain for us and the people we love. Lets embark on a journey together to overcome that pain one session at a time, and break generational trauma.

Are you tired of losing the battle to your desires? As Men we all face the three headed dragon: Anger, Addiction and Uncontrolled Sex Drive. Most of us retreat in to our Mancave to escape the difficulties of facing this tetrahedrane. Only to discover the monster is inside of us, and we bring the Monster into the Mancave! The most effective way to defeat this beast is to find a new cave to retreat into. This Mancave is filled with a group of Men ready to align shields to defeat this strong enemy!
