Individuals may suffer with many ailments such as anxiety and depression or others. My goal is to help individuals learn how to identify their triggers and learn skills on how to cope with their aliments. My goal is to help individuals educate themselves on things such as anxiety, depression, and many other aliments based on the symptoms of the individual. By using CBT and/or mindfulness techniques, I am able to help individuals identify negative behaviors and replace them with healthier ones.
I work with different types of therapy based on the needs of the individual. Psychotherapy and mindfulness therapy are what I work with to help individuals learn their behaviors and emotions. In working with clients, I like to work at their pace in order to help them get to a place of peace. I also teach clients on the importance of practicing self-care.
