Caregiver Support Group
Are you caring for a loved one at home and are feeling drained, frightened, angry, resentful, burned out? If so please contact me via email at CardinalCounseling@gmail.com. I am putting together a Telehealth group now. Limited to 8-10 participants. $25/session, 90minute sessions. During this time of Covid19 it is especially important for you to have the support you need to care for yourself while you are caring for others! Individual sessions also available with a sliding scale fee rate. Financial difficulties will be taken into consideration and agreed upon on an individual basis.

Covid19 Grief Support Group
Have you lost a loved one recently to Covid19? Sudden loss is a traumatic experience that can cause "Post Traumatic Stress Disorder" symptoms. I am offering individual Telehealth sessions, as well as group Telehealth sessions for individuals and/or families who need support and psycho-education on the healing process.
