I help clients (individuals and couples) examine rather than run from their anxiety, depression, or uncomfortable feelings arising from change, whether at work, in school or at home. Whether you struggle with anxiety, are concerned about others' feelings more than your own, or struggle to overcome depression or childhood chaos, we can make progress together. I offer teletherapy as well as in-person sessions.
In addition to being in private practice, I have worked in the ER as a counselor and with adults in a clinical setting.
