Hello there, thanks for visiting. I'm a licensed psychologist with 10+ years experience helping individuals develop self-esteem and healthy relationships. Clients that work well with me tend to present a stronger front than they feel internally. They take pride in being independent and having high stress-tolerance, but are prone to burnout, loneliness, and relationship problems because they don't trust anybody to be helpful or "do things right."
