My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic and attachment based while incorporating cognitive behavioral and interpersonal neurobiology techniques. With each client a unique collaborative relationship is developed to identify specific treatment expectations, needs, and goals.
I believe that the interpersonal relationship between therapist and client is an essential catalyst for healing. It is important that the client feels heard and understood as well as challenged. A safe and supportive environment allows for the exploration of issues that can be difficult to address.
