I use a variety of therapeutic approaches based on what is most appropriate for the individual. A few of the most common include Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My counseling experience includes addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, parenting support, marriage and family and anger management.
