I am a warm, collaborative Telehealth therapist and I utilize EMDR Therapy to help my clients achieve their goals of reducing the physical and emotional burdens associated with traumatic life experiences and their present day triggers. EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is effective in providing relief from trauma-related symptoms. I specialize in treating PTSD, trauma related symptoms, and other anxiety-related issues. In our online sessions together, I curate and utilize a highly personalized set of EMDR tools tailored to each client.
EMDR Therapy is an evidenced based therapy that has been highly effective in treating PTSD. I help clients rebuild their lives after traumatic life experiences, teach coping skills to clients who struggle with daily life stressors, facilitate shifts in negative perceptions and thinking patterns, and most importantly, honor my clients' goals.
As an EMDR Clinician, I have had the privilege of witnessing rapid reduction in my clients’ nightmares, flashbacks, dissociative symptoms, anxiety and sensitivity to traumatic memories.
