I am passionate about assisting children, adolescents, teens, and parents to explore both their strengths and vulnerabilities. While the foundation of my work is rooted in supporting and building confidence, growth mindset, and self-compassion; each client receives an individualized treatment plan that suites their own unique needs.
I have previous experience working with a Clinical Neuropsychologist assessing individuals for neurological, medical, or neurodevelopmental disorders. Through this experience, my perspective on well-being shifted from a medical-model to a wellness model, and supporting the whole person in the recovery process.

Groups
DBT Skills for Parents of Teens
Parenting can be especially challenging when your teen has difficulties regulating their emotions. This (virtual) group provides parents with tools to help their teens accept life circumstances while developing skills to enact positive changes in their behavior and interactions with others. Parents will learn how to address behavior through effective communication and enhanced understanding, in turn reducing power struggles and developing a more meaningful relationship with their teen.
