Trauma-Informed Yoga Community Class
You are invited to a trauma-informed yoga donations class most Saturday mornings 10-11 AM at the Ampitheater at Lake Park in Mueller Park. Each class will feature a trauma-recovery theme and emphasize somatic agency to deepen embodiment and nervous system regulation. Spring/Summer Class dates: 6/17, 6/24, 7/1, 7/8, 7/22, 7/29 Donations-based class, FREE for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ Students

This 6 week series for women includes 45 minute yoga classes which will incorporate the tenets of trauma-informed yoga, emphasizing choice and building body awareness.
